One U.S. Franklin silver Half Dollar coin, minted in 1963, in Choice Brilliant Uncirculated condition. Each coin has strong original luster and no wear. 

The Franklin half dollar was the immediate predecessor of the Kennedy Half Dollar series, and was minted from 1948-1963. The coin's obverse features Benjamin Franklin, while the reverse features Philadelphia's Liberty Bell. Each coin measures 30.6mm in diameter, weighs 12.5g, and is made of .900 fine silver.
